1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing oneto1.link, signing up for an account via auth.oneto1.link, or creating a creator profile, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Creator Offer Fulfillment Standards

Creators agree to fulfill booked interactions faithfully according to their stated specifications:

• 1:1 Video Calls: Must occur at the scheduled date and time via the agreed social platform.
• Birthday Wishes: Must be delivered on the requested calendar birth date.
• Recorded Birthday Videos: Must meet the minimum guaranteed platform length of 8 seconds.
• Priority DMs: Must provide a substantive, tailored response within the creator’s published turnaround window.

3. Payouts and Escrow Clearance

Funds from fulfilled bookings are released to the creator’s balance following our standard 15-day escrow verification cycle. Creators can request withdrawals directly to their verified UPI ID, Indian bank account, or PayPal account upon meeting the minimum withdrawal threshold.

4. Prohibited Content & Community Safety

Creators may not use Oneto1 to offer illegal services, adult content, harassment, hate speech, medical diagnosis, or guaranteed financial investment advice. Any violation results in immediate account suspension.
